The Lotteries Used
Delaware Play 3 Day
California Daily 3
Michigan Daily 3 Midday
Wisconsin Pick 3
New Jersey Pick 3
Delaware Play 4 Day
California Daily 4
Michigan Daily 4 Midday
Wisconsin Pick 4
New Jersey Pick 4
The Process
I will check the numbers of the above lotteries in the morning to determine the top 3 draft positions.
Why 10 lotteries?
Most years it takes 8-10 lotteries to determine the top three spots of the draft. If more than 10 lotteries are needed the same order will be used the next day.
Teams Involved
Middlesex 0-34
Baltimore 35-64
Ohio 65-84
Ontario 85-94
Sheboygan 95-99
An Example
Lets say in the Delaware Play 3 Day the lottery numbers are 0-5-1. That means 0 and 5 are the numbers we use and Middlesex would receive the first pick in the draft since 05 falls within its range of numbers (0-34). If the California Daily 3 is 9-4-1 then Ontario gets the second pick in the draft (94). If the Michigan Daily 3 Midday is 3-2-9 we would not use this lottery since 32 falls within Middlesexs range of numbers.
